Does anyone else hate when you go to the grocery store to buy one thing and your receipt is over a foot long due to surveys and coupons?
I can’t stand it. I get mad every time.
But today’s change is to refuse receipts whenever possible. Now most of the time, receipts are printed automatically. It’s always better to take the receipt to recycle rather than have the cashier just throw it in the bin.
But nowadays a lot of places are switching things up. Digital payments are becoming more common.
So whenever possible, I will refuse the receipts by choosing no receipt, an email receipt or any other digital form.
