Recycling is great. I always figure out a way to recycle no matter where I live. And I have always tried to convince the fam to join in.
Most of the time they are supportive and willing. But, some people forget, are too lazy to take it outside or they straight up don’t care. I’m talking about my younger siblings.
Now this is all still new to the family. It can take some time to adjust. But I still feel bad seeing items go to the landfill when they should be in my recycling center.
Since I’m finding recyclable items in the trash can often, my change today is to start saving the trash I see on top. If I see cardboard or plastic, I’m swooping in to save them.
